Kristine Apostol, R.Ac CBP

Kristine's professional acupuncture skills along with her background in energy medicine provides clients the kind of quality care they deserve by looking at health from a truly holistic perspective.

Kristine earned her Acupuncture diploma with high honours at Acupuncture Integrative Medicine (AIM) Academy in 2018 and is a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturist of Ontario.  Kristine is also a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner registered with the International BodyTalk Association and has been in practice since 2009 and has taken advance level course and training.

With over 10 years of experience, Kristine recognizes that health challenges arise for a variety of reasons and that no single approach is the right one for every individual because every person has a unique balance that should be addressed.  She is trained to look at the whole-person, emotional, physical and environmental influences so the true underlying causes of dis-ease can be revealed.  She helps address and treat a variety of ailments and conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, digestive disorders, fertility, insomnia, anxiety, stress, and many more, through safe, non-invasive techniques, natural healing methods and empowering individual to be their own advocate for their well-being.

Kristine is professional trained to use a variety of Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies which includes Acupuncture, Cupping, Guasha, Tuina, Moxibustion as well as Eastern Nutrition & Lifestyle Counselling.  She also has advance training in BodyTalk Whole health care therapy and often integrates it in session to address client concerns.

Whether it's Acpuncture, BodyTalk or a combination of modalities, Kristine's goal is to help you optimize your health through education, communication and offering a variety of services that best fit your unique BodyMind needs.  She is passionate about helping clients find healthy perceptions of themselves plus strengthen their relationship with their mind, body and spirit so they can know themselves as complete, whole and empowered.

When Kristine is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and 2 daughters exploring the outdoors, watching movies or playing games.  She also likes to keep active through sports such as golf, volleyball, softball and biking.
