Aaron has always had a passion for health, fitness and helping others. He played high level basketball growing up and is a huge advocate for living a healthy, active lifestyle. He believes that daily movement, eating well, good postural habits and a positive mentality are the keys to achieving harmony and balance in the body; which ultimately leads to optimal health. Aaron is dedicated to expanding his osteopathic skills and knowledge to be able to provide his patients with the best care possible and a treatment plan that is catered to each individual patient. His treatments work to restore the health of the patient, and aims to find the root cause of the patient’s complaint(s) with a holistic approach that the body is all one interconnected unit. He believes that when functional movement of the body is achieved, along with removing the restrictions in the body that are inhibiting optimal blood flow, nerve innervation and lymphatic drainage, the body is then set up to facilitate itself to self heal and self regulate. In his down time, Aaron enjoys working out, playing and watching sports, hanging out with friends and family, trying new restaurants and travelling the world.
