Zack Kelly R.kin Msc(can)

Zack has over 14 years experience helping busy individuals pursue a path to better health.  After struggling with many injuries as a young varsity athlete, Zack became fascinated with injury prevention and pursued a specialized Honors in Kinesiology and a bachelors in Psychology . More recently Zack has continued his education and completed a Master's degree in Neuroscience and Behavior, through this work he learned that understanding  stress management is an important factor to understanding overall health and wellbeing. Finally Zack love giving his clients the right supportive exercise prescription, that can help them continue the actives they love late into life.
